The RASC Winnipeg publishes a newsletter 6 times yearly. Aptly named, “The Winnicentrics” this publication includes news about upcoming events, council activities, members submitted articles, and a number of other features of interest to our membership.  It is available in print form and will be mailed to members who don’t have internet access, or those who opt-in for printed mailings.  Members can log in and navigate to our downloads area to access current and archived Winnicentrics issues.
